CONTACT PRIME7 OR GWN7 WITH A FORMAL COMPLAINT
Formal complaints must be lodged within 30 days of the relevant broadcast.
There are three methods for lodging a formal complaint in relation to something you have seen or heard on PRIME7 or GWN7.
You must either:
- Mail a letter to PRIME7 or GWN7, at this address (it is advisable that complaints sent via post use Registered Mail):

- Use the electronic form located on the FreeTV website.
If your complaint relates to a matter covered by the Commercial Television Industry Code of Practice, the network is required to investigate your complaint and provide you with a substantive written response within 30 working days.
Please note: A copy of the Commercial Television Industry Code of Practice can be obtained from FreeTV Australia.
Your complaint should include the following information:
- The date, time, and location of the broadcast
- The name of the program
- Reason for your concern
- Your name and address
